Who You Are:
We’re seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Coordinator passionate about all aspects of product marketing, including refining and optimizing marketing workflows; coordinating operational elements of Webinars and marketing communities; as well as supporting cross-team and cross-department initiatives. This role will serve as a critical component of a variety of Product Marketing initiatives.


What You'll Be Doing:
  • Monitoring and fostering engagement across the Content Army community
  • Logistical tracking and coordination to ensure Content Army participants are paid on-time and metrics are tracked
  • Product Marketing event coordination for Town Halls, Developer Council meetings, and other webinar events
  • Managing various phases of marketing projects and campaigns including online events, drip campaigns, event details pages, and feedback collection
  • Building in-app marketing experiences with Pendo

  • At least one year of experience using HighLevel products and services
  • At least one year of marketing experience
  • At least one year of experience managing projects
  • Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, etc. 
  • Experience with general marketing tools/software (Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Pendo, Google Analytics, GA4 etc.)
