Who You Are:
We’re seeking a dynamic Product Marketing Coordinator passionate about all aspects of product marketing, including refining and optimizing marketing workflows; coordinating operational elements of Webinars and marketing communities; as well as supporting cross-team and cross-department initiatives. This role will serve as a critical component of a variety of Product Marketing initiatives.
What You'll Be Doing:
Monitoring and fostering engagement across the Content Army community
Logistical tracking and coordination to ensure Content Army participants are paid on-time and metrics are tracked
Product Marketing event coordination for Town Halls, Developer Council meetings, and other webinar events
Managing various phases of marketing projects and campaigns including online events, drip campaigns, event details pages, and feedback collection
Building in-app marketing experiences with Pendo

At least one year of experience using HighLevel products and services
At least one year of marketing experience
At least one year of experience managing projects
Experience with project management software such as ClickUp, Asana, etc.
Experience with general marketing tools/software (Hubspot, ActiveCampaign, Pendo, Google Analytics, GA4 etc.)
