Bloom, Sword Health’s digital pelvic health solution for women, is looking for an analytical, strategic and driven candidate to help us drastically improve women’s health as a Growth Marketing Manager. Reporting to the Head of Marketing, this individual will develop and execute growth marketing strategies and content to drive member enrollments, activation and program completion across our Clients, key employers and health plans in the US. Through a combination of data-driven insights, channel expertise in email and/or direct mail and content creation, this individual will be responsible for helping us achieve our audacious growth goals. This role will also identify and support key initiatives to drive growth among our top Clients. What you'll be doing:
Develop and execute high impact B2C customer acquisition campaigns, including content creation, across channels to drive member enrollments for Bloom. Channels can include email, direct mail, webinars, social media posts, fliers, Client channels and more.
Design and execute data-driven marketing experiments to improve enrollment conversion rate across channels
Measure and analyze performance of tests and top Client initiatives to identify areas of improvement and iterate.
Develop and execute member engagement and activation campaigns to increase program starts, completion and clinical outcomes.
Liaise with Customer Success to identify and influence top Client opportunities to drive enrollments
Analyze key marketing channel performance including website/landing pages, email, direct mail and webinars and overall business performance to identify growth opportunities
Create 2025 marketing calendar, including key campaigns and product GTM
Work cross-functionally with internal Design team, Marketing Operations, Growth Marketing, Brand Marketing, Data, Customer Success, Bloom Clinical and Operations teams.
Ensure flawless campaign execution, adhering to Sword’s rigorous standards.
What you need to have:
3+ years of hands-on full funnel growth marketing experience, including copywriting, with a focus on email or direct mail customer acquisition at a B2C or B2B2C high growth start-up (preferably early-stage) or top tier consulting company or agency
In or ability to work EST or CST time zone hours
Deep expertise in analytical tools including Looker and Google sheets. Knowledge of statistical principles and test design. Mixpanel experience a huge plus.
Strong written and verbal communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and influence external Clients
Self motivated with a bias for action
Equally comfortable developing and executing strategies that drive enrollments and member activations and creating copy that drives action
Positive, can do attitude
Creative and analytical thinker - constantly using data to identify new high impact opportunities to test and drive Bloom enrollments
Knowledge of email acquisition and digital marketing best practices. Highly motivated to learn new platforms and technologies to carry out dynamic marketing programs

Track record producing a high volume of marketing campaigns and thrives in a fast-moving high growth environment
Deep passion for solving problems and improving women’s health.
