Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs
Initiate contact with potential clients through calls and emails
Set up meetings between prospective clients and sales executives
Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead information
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly
Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results
Requirements
B2 English level, or better
Medium Excel Skills
Excellent communications skills
CRM knowledge
2+ years experience as BDR
Experience on Whatsapp commerce / BSPs
