Business Development Representative - Latam

Job Description



Responsibilities
  • Identify and qualify new sales leads
  • Conduct research to understand market trends and customer needs
  • Initiate contact with potential clients through calls and emails
  • Set up meetings between prospective clients and sales executives
  • Maintain and update the CRM (HubSpot) with accurate lead information
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to optimize lead generation strategies
  • Follow up on inbound leads and inquiries promptly
  • Provide regular reports on lead generation activities and results

  • Requirements
  • B2 English level, or better
  • Medium Excel Skills
  • Excellent communications skills
  • CRM knowledge
  • 2+ years experience as BDR
  • Experience on Whatsapp commerce / BSPs
