About the Role

We create and maintain a set of systems: client’s personal cabinet, payments, mobile application, partnership portal. These systems play a key role in day to day business operations.

International expansion and conversion to product company forces us to face and solve technology challenges on a next level: migration to public cloud, support of geographical distribution, adaptive scaling, product thinking approach.

Requirements

  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for software development initiatives.
  • Develop and maintain clear and structured requirements documentation, including functional and non-functional specifications.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, including product owners, developers, and UX/UI designers, to ensure alignment on business needs.
  • Facilitate requirement elicitation sessions, workshops, and interviews with business users.
  • Define and map business processes, identifying areas for improvement and optimization.
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure feasibility and proper implementation of business requirements.
  • Contribute to backlog refinement, ensuring requirements are clear, prioritized, and well-documented.
  • Support the validation of requirements through test case reviews and user acceptance testing.
  • Proactively contribute to process improvements, communication, and inter-team collaboration.
  • Communicate with Product Owners, Product Engineers, and other teams.
  • Engage with stakeholders, including business, operations, risks, security, and technology teams.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience as a Business Analyst.
  • Strong experience in gathering and documenting business and functional requirements.
  • Proficiency in modeling business processes using BPMN, UML, or similar methodologies.
  • Understanding of software development methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Kanban, Waterfall).
  • Experience in working with tools like Jira, Confluence, and requirements management systems.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills to effectively interact with stakeholders.
  • Experience in coordinating with team members across different locations.
  • Ability to facilitate discussions and drive consensus on business needs and solutions.
  • Experience with API documentation and system integrations.
  • Familiarity with SQL and data analysis techniques.
