Your duties will include scheduling patient appointments, managing phone calls, processing insurance claims, and maintaining accurate dental records. Responsibilities:

  • Schedule patient appointments, ensuring efficiency and accuracy.
  • Handle phone calls, patient inquiries, and registration.
  • Process dental insurance claims and verify coverage.
  • Maintain accurate dental records in compliance with privacy regulations.
  • Assist with billing and financial transactions.
  • Coordinate referrals and authorizations for specialized dental services.
  • Provide general administrative support to the dental team as needed.

Requirements

  • At least 6 months of experience as a Dental Virtual Administrative Assistant or in a similar role (BPO, CPO, etc.).
  • Proficient in dental terminology and understanding of office procedures and dental EMR systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • High attention to detail and accuracy in managing dental records.
  • Experience with dental practice management software is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to undergo training and stay up-to-date with industry trends.
