Quick-take: Axios is a media company dedicated to providing trustworthy, award-winning news content in an audience-first format. We are hiring a Senior Associate of Client Success to support our Local East Coast advertising team.
Why it matters: The Senior Associate, Client Success will be the main point of contact and will have complete ownership of new and existing accounts during the post-sale process, delivering best-in-class, turnkey client experiences from kickoff to wrap.
Working closely with multiple cross-functional teams (Client Partnerships, Smart Brevity Studio, Events, Brand Journalism, and Ad Operations), you will develop and execute a wide range of campaigns across the Axios product suite. You’ll also work with your Client Partnerships colleagues to support media planning, proposals, and renewal activities.
The details: Ideal candidates will have at least 2 - 4 years of digital campaign planning and execution experience in a publisher or agency environment, They will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, will be a team player, and have a passion for the Axios mission. The Senior Associate will be able to manage at least 20 different clients and campaigns at a given time and will possess the following strengths:
Starting salary for this role is in the range of $75,000 - $85,000 and is dependent on numerous factors, including but not limited to location, work experience, and skills. This range does not include other compensation and benefits. Axios' compensation philosophy takes into account cost of labor differentials across the country. Because this is a remote-optional job posting, this salary range takes into account all possible locations within the United States, but candidates will only be eligible for the salary range for their location.
Note that the total compensation offered for this role includes a sales incentive component, which is contingent upon the successful achievement of predetermined sales targets.
