As a Solution Architect, RCO you will work with providers, payers, states, and partners, gathering requirements, solutioning, designing, and supporting the implementation of best-fit interoperability solutions to address business requirements, facilitate seamless data exchange, and drive differentiated clinical and financial outcomes. You will bridge the gap between business needs and technology capabilities by translating business requirements into technical specifications and communicate your expert understanding to both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare and/or Medicaid homecare, revenue cycle operations, and standard interoperability data exchange formats (e.g., X12, HL7, APIs).
This position is available to candidates currently residing in the New York City, Minneapolis, and Washington DC Metro Areas.

Essential Job Duties
Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, goals, challenges, and technical needs, and translate these requirements into technical specifications
Create high-level architectural and design specifications, with attention to system integration, interoperability, and feasibility analysis
Bridge the gap between business stakeholders and technical teams, communicating complex technical concepts in a clear and understandable manner
Present designs, proposals, and recommendations to stakeholders, gather feedback, and align solutions with interoperability standards and compliance while maintaining requirement integrity
Provide technical leadership and guidance throughout the project lifecycle; collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that the solution is implemented according to the specifications and best practices
Deliver expert-level support for complex integration challenges
Proactively identify opportunities to optimize performance, scalability, quality, and advocate for process improvements

Travel Requirements
Travel up to 10%, including overnight travel
Required Education, Experience, Certifications and Skills
5+ years’ experience with complex customer implementations & system integration
Ability to understand business requirements, design best-fit solutions, and translate them into technical specifications
Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
Facilitate communication of technical details to non-technical individuals
Strong customer-facing presence with proven ability to deliver compelling presentations, influence decision making, and facilitate productive meetings with customers, vendors, and 3rd parties
Highly engaging and collaborative style in working cross-functionally
Strong technical & project management acumen with the ability to drive operational excellence through partnerships with cross-functional teams
Strong troubleshooting skills; be able to quickly analyze and resolve issues

Experience with Jira, ticketing supporting system, preferred
Experience with Healthcare interoperability standards (e.g., X12, HL7, APIs), preferred
Understands protocols, middleware, architecture, and security standards related to interoperability data exchange and systems, preferred
Experience working with State Medicaid Agencies, MCO’s, and Homecare Providers; with experience in a SaaS environment preferred
