Your Role in Our Journey
We’re looking for a Software Development Manager to lead the Insurance Foundation team within the Billing Group.
The Billing Group at Jane is dedicated to transforming how clinics approach billing. In 2025, our focus is to make billing workflows faster, clearer, and more accurate.
The Insurance Foundation team is pivotal in shaping the future of Jane’s insurance workflows and will drive significant growth for Jane in the years ahead.

The Experience We Feel We Need
3+ years managing feature development teams.
5+ years working in an Agile environment and helping teams understand the values and principles.
Experience working in a customer centric environment and making sure we consider customer experience in any technical solutions.
