We’re looking for a B2B Account Manager to join our team and drive success for our clients in the United States and Europe. If you have a strong background in client management, cold outreach, and digital marketing, this role is for you!
What You’ll Do:
Be the go-to person for our clients every day, helping them with things like starting contracts, delivering what’s promised, reporting on progress, and sorting out invoices.
Develop and manage B2B outreach marketing campaigns, content strategies, and SEO initiatives alongside SDRs, researchers, copywriters, designers, and SEO specialists.
Oversee internal processes to ensure seamless client delivery, including task creation, monitoring, QA, and reporting.
Work towards key performance metrics like Client Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Upsell/Cross-Sell Rate, and NPS/client happiness.
You’re Our Kind of Person If You:
Have Advanced English (C1-C2) – You’ll be working with clients in the US & EU.
Bring 2+ years of B2B Account Management experience, with a focus on foreign markets.
Have hands-on experience with cold outreach (Email + LinkedIn).
Know the USA market inside and out.
Have a background in digital marketing, email marketing, PR, content marketing, or B2B sales (a plus).
Are a strong presenter, able to communicate complex ideas to corporate decision-makers.
Excel at building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including with enterprise-level accounts.
