Account Manager

Job Description

We’re looking for a B2B Account Manager to join our team and drive success for our clients in the United States and Europe. If you have a strong background in client management, cold outreach, and digital marketing, this role is for you!


What You’ll Do:
  • Be the go-to person for our clients every day, helping them with things like starting contracts, delivering what’s promised, reporting on progress, and sorting out invoices.
  • Develop and manage B2B outreach marketing campaigns, content strategies, and SEO initiatives alongside SDRs, researchers, copywriters, designers, and SEO specialists.
  • Oversee internal processes to ensure seamless client delivery, including task creation, monitoring, QA, and reporting.
  • Work towards key performance metrics like Client Retention Rate, Churn Rate, Upsell/Cross-Sell Rate, and NPS/client happiness.

  • Have Advanced English (C1-C2) – You’ll be working with clients in the US & EU.
  • Bring 2+ years of B2B Account Management experience, with a focus on foreign markets.
  • Have hands-on experience with cold outreach (Email + LinkedIn).
  • Know the USA market inside and out.
  • Have a background in digital marketing, email marketing, PR, content marketing, or B2B sales (a plus).
  • Are a strong presenter, able to communicate complex ideas to corporate decision-makers.
  • Excel at building and maintaining long-term client relationships, including with enterprise-level accounts.
  • Have management experience (a bonus!).
