Manage and grow an assigned book of prospective business; proactively identify opportunities and generate pipeline;
Meet and exceed annual sales targets;
Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders at prospect organizations;
Develop and maintain a deep understanding of prospect needs and preferences, and use this knowledge to anticipate and address prospect concerns;
Participate in regular business reviews with prospects to ensure product awareness and identify opportunities for growth inside each account;
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high prospect satisfaction;
Utilize Salesforce to manage prospect interactions and track sales activities;
Strategically position products and present them to prospects, showcasing value to their organization and members.
What you need to have:
2+ years of experience B2B business development, sales, or inside sales experience, preferably in healthcare, strong preference for employee benefits;
Demonstrated track record of meeting or exceeding targets;
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with prospects and collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams;
Willingness to travel as needed to meet with prospects and attend industry events.
