Kiddom, a leading educational technology company, is seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Growth Marketing Manager to join our dynamic marketing team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of driving top-of-funnel lead generation while also possessing the skills and expertise to nurture customer loyalty and support expansion and upsell opportunities. As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will support the work of our Sr. Growth Marketing Manager to amplify our brand awareness and interest in the K-12 market. Experience in the K-12 education field is highly preferred.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive growth marketing strategies to rapidly increase top-of-funnel leads through paid search, email campaigns, paid digital, etc.
Identify, evaluate, and optimize various acquisition channels to maximize lead generation and cost-effectiveness.
Work closely with Sales to monitor sales funnel conversions and optimize processes.
Routinely utilize A/B testing to ensure programs are always improving
Utilize data-driven insights to analyze the performance of various marketing campaigns and initiatives.
Measure the success and effectiveness of growth marketing efforts.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to create compelling messaging at the national, state, and local levels. Develop landing pages and promotional content to attract and engage prospects.
Stay updated with the latest trends and developments in the K-12 education industry and digital marketing landscape.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
Proven experience in growth marketing and lead generation, preferably in the K-12 education sector.
Expertise in Hubspot, SalesForce, Google Ads, and Paid Social channels.
Strong writing skills with demonstrated success in developing and executing multi-channel marketing campaigns.
Proficiency in marketing analytics and data-driven decision-making.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a focus on building relationships with internal teams and external partners.
