We are looking for a Localization Product Manager to join our dynamic team. Your primary responsibility will be helping our fintech product successfully expand into international markets. You will be in charge of adapting the product to meet the needs of clients around the world, considering language, regional specifics, and user preferences.
To succeed in capturing new markets, we need a specialist who can handle the full scope of product and process localization. We face a wide range of challenges and standards — from translating landing pages to addressing usability nuances in user interfaces. That’s why we are looking for a Localization Product Manager who is ready to take on this task.
Responsibilities
Coordinate the localization process: collaborate with marketing, development, design, legal teams, and external contractors.
Content management: organize the translation of marketing and informational materials, interface texts, documentation, etc.
Adapt business processes: work with back-office teams to adapt business processes (KYB/KYC) to meet local regulatory requirements.
Market research: study cultural nuances, regulatory frameworks, document types, and customer expectations in each country.
Optimize user journey: improve onboarding and interfaces, considering local patterns and language specifics.
Evaluate results: analyze success metrics (product adoption, onboarding speed, customer satisfaction) and make adjustments as needed.
Requirements
3+ years of experience in a fintech product team (Product Manager / Localization Manager / Project Manager).
Practical experience in launching products into international markets, understanding the principles of globalization and localization.
Basic knowledge of the financial/banking sector.
Familiarity with KYC/KYB processes and regulatory requirements in different countries will be a plus.
Ability to build processes, work with multiple stakeholders, and organize cross-functional collaboration.
Advanced or higher proficiency in English. Additional language skills are a plus.
Planning and analytical skills, ability to work with metrics and performance evaluation.
