Enterprise Account Executive, (Acquisition) - Germany (Remote)

Job Description

An Account Executive at Weights & Biases is a quota carrying, enterprise software sales position responsible for meeting and exceeding goals through generating and closing new opportunities while increasing awareness of Weights & Biases in the marketplace. We are looking for motivated, focused, and coachable sales professionals with experience across the full spectrum of the software sales cycle – prospecting, defining and articulating value proposition, pilot process management, business case development, negotiation and closing.


Role and Responsibilities
  • Drive new logos and new ARR into the assigned Enterprise territory, DACH.
  • Develop and implement a business development sales strategy, to help drive awareness and engagement
  • High velocity, focused pipeline generation aligned with key performance indicators
  • Collaborating with technology ecosystem and alliance partners to accelerate new opportunity discovery
  • Manage opportunities through the sales cycle from initial inquiry/outbound interaction through to forecasted pipeline
  • Meet quarterly and annual revenue objectives for your assigned territory, whilst reporting on sales, activities, and progress regularly through CRM and sales forecasting tools

  • Requirements
  • Minimum 5+ years of sales development experience in high velocity, SaaS sales environments with a proven “hunter” mentality
  • Track record of success in quota attainment, within a highly technical sales process
  • Excellent written and verbal communication, and analytical and organizational skills
  • Command of the Message (or similar) and MEDDPICC-trained
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment, collaborating with multiple stakeholders both internally and externally
