We are seeking an experienced and driven Account Executive to join our German Revenue team. In this role, you will develop and execute strategies to identify and close key target accounts across multiple verticals within a large territory. You will work closely with our clients’ Directors and C-level executives, guiding them through complex sales cycles, crafting tailored value propositions, and showcasing the transformative power of our Workforce-as-a-Service innovation.
Your responsibilities:
New Client Acquisition: You identify and acquire new clients through structured sales activities such as calls, visits, mailings, client events, and networking.
Coordination and Collaboration: You work closely with the branches and management, regularly exchange information, and align your activities with the company’s objectives.
Market and Competitor Analysis: You stay one step ahead by keeping an eye on the industry, attending relevant events, and continuously staying updated on changes and innovations.
Implementing Sales Strategies: You develop and implement targeted, creative, and effective acquisition strategies to ensure sustainable success in gaining new clients.
Contract Negotiations: You lead negotiations with potential new clients confidently and successfully close contracts
Your profile:
Sales Experience Required: You have solid experience with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development or account management, specifically targeting mid-market or enterprise clients, ideally within the Staffing Industry or SaaS .
Friendliness and Communication Skills: You are the face of the company, presenting yourself to clients in a friendly, professional, and persuasive manner.
Excellent Communication and Negotiation Skills: You are a communication talent, skilled at negotiating, and can confidently address the needs of your clients.
Language Skills: You are fluent in German at a native or highly professional level and have good English skills (at least B1).
Openness to Temporary Employment: You have no hesitation regarding temporary staffing and ideally have experience in this industry.
Empathy and Openness: With your open and empathetic nature, you quickly build strong relationships with potential clients.
Goal-Oriented and Self-Motivated: You work independently and are always looking for new business opportunities to achieve your goals and contribute to the company's success.
