Automate Privacy Workflows: Design frameworks and tools for PII detection, classification, and redaction to minimize compliance risks.
Lead Privacy-First Product Development: Collaborate with Engineering, Security, and platform teams to embed privacy principles across all workflows.
Monitor and Adapt: Track new privacy technologies and legislative changes. Assess “buy vs. build” solutions to enhance data protection.
Refine Technical Requirements: Create user stories, requirements documents, and plans that clearly outline privacy needs. Work closely with engineering to enable timely integration.
Establish Clear Metrics: Communicate updates to stakeholders and use data to demonstrate how privacy measures reduce risk and deliver tangible benefits.
