Graphic Designer - Communication & Campaigns

Job Description

We are seeking a talented and experienced Graphic Designer to join our creative team at GRIT Marketing Studio. The ideal candidate will bring a unique blend of creative vision, technical expertise, and strategic thinking to help drive innovative visual solutions for our clients.

Key Responsabilities

• Lead the conceptualization and execution of creative projects across multiple platforms and formats
• Create compelling visual designs for digital and traditional media
• Develop and maintain visual brand guidelines for clients
• Collaborate with the communications and campaigns team to deliver comprehensive advertising solutions
• Mentor junior designers and provide creative direction when needed

Requirements

Required Skills & Experience

• 5+ years of experience in graphic design, with a focus on advertising
• Expert proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
• Basic video editing skills using Premiere Pro
• Strong portfolio demonstrating expertise in static design
• Experience with campaign development and execution
• Excellent conceptualization abilities
• Knowledge of current design trends and best practices
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, and composition
• Proficiency in editorial design and layout for both print and digital media
• Experience with magazine, book, and publication design
• Knowledge of print production processes and specifications
• Expertise in grid systems and multi-page layout design

Additional Skills (Preferred):

• Ability to create basic motion graphics (lower thirds, titles)
• Experience with text animation and simple graphic elements
• Basic knowledge of After Effects for simple animations
• Ability to design and animate supers, credits, and on-screen text
• Understanding of timing and rhythm in basic animations
• Understanding of UI/UX design principles
• Experience with video editing
