Requirements

ABOUT THE ROLE  

We are looking for an Account Executive to join our Americas (AMER) team. You’ll have the opportunity to take a consultative, strategic approach to maximizing new business sales for a financially sound and growing 20-year-old software company. 

  • Specific product training will be provided but you will need to gain an in depth understanding and knowledge of the Enterprise Architecture software market. 
  • Take ownership of the entire enterprise sales cycle from initial contact, demo, proposal, negotiation, to execution and handover to our customer success team. 
  • Deliver compelling and polished sales presentations and utilize effective sales techniques to influence target markets. 
  • Develop and implement specific plans to build pipeline and deliver on revenue targets via new business acquisition. 
  • Stay up to date on vertical trends, competitive landscapes, and our product. 
  • Collaborative, team-oriented environment. 

ABOUT YOU 

  • Experience selling enterprise software solutions in B2B SaaS space. 
  • Excellent relationship-building and problem-solving skills. 
  • A proven track record in building a successful business pipeline and exceeding sales targets. 
  • Skilled in navigating Salesforce and keeping opportunities organized 
  • Having an entrepreneurial mindset to build and maintain a healthy pipeline is important. 
  • Experience nurturing existing leads through Sales Engagement Platforms such as Outreach or Salesloft. 
  • Exceptional listening skills and the ability to ask probing questions to diagnose business problems, identify business dynamics, and establish deal strategy. 
  • Ability to accurately forecast for the upcoming Month/Quarter/Year. 
  • Have a growth mindset that perpetuates a culture of constant improvement. 
  • Proven technical aptitude and a desire to learn about our software product. 
  • Attention to detail, teamwork, and outstanding communication and presentation skills. 
  • Comfortable working in a fully remote environment while staying self-motivated, independent, and proactive in the role. 

You might have experience with the following: Account Executive, Business Development Manager, Software Sales Representative, Enterprise Account Executive, SaaS Sales Executive.
