*We are currently looking for a Senior Account Executive to cover the South Central region of the US*
Responsibilities:
● Sales Cycle Mastery: Manage the full sales cycle, from initial outreach and presentation to closing deals.
● Relationship Building: Develop strong relationships with key decision-makers in local governments and child care organizations, understanding their specific needs and concerns.
● Achieve & Exceed: Consistently achieve (and aim to exceed) monthly and quarterly sales quotas.
Required Qualifications:
● Minimum of 3 years enterprise sales experience.
● History of prospecting/using prospecting tools.
● Driven Mindset: A proven history of going above and beyond, whether in sales achievements, relationship-building, or problem-solving. Your persistence is legendary.
● Sales Excellence: Demonstrated experience in city, county and state sales, with experience working with city, county and state governments.
● Strategic Vision: The ability to see the bigger picture, understanding not just the 'what' but the 'why' behind our mission, and translating that into sales strategies.
