OVERVIEW 

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Account Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in driving revenue growth by not only nurturing and expanding relationships with current customers but also managing their ongoing needs and ensuring their satisfaction. This position demands a blend of strategic account management, customer relationship building, and technical support coordination to maximize the value we provide and support our customers effectively.

WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING

  • Develop and execute strategies to grow revenue within existing customer accounts
  • Identify and pursue opportunities for upselling and cross-selling additional products or services
  • Conduct regular business reviews with customers to uncover new needs and growth opportunities
  • Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships
  • Understand customers' business objectives and challenges to tailor solutions that address their needs
  • Act as a liaison between customers and technical support teams to address and resolve technical issues promptly
  • Coordinate with internal technical teams to ensure customers receive timely and effective solutions
  • Provide customers with guidance on how to leverage our products or services effectively to solve their problems
  • Develop and implement account plans to achieve strategic goals and deliver measurable results
  • Monitor and report on account performance, including revenue, customer satisfaction, and any challenges faced
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless delivery and support of services
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by delivering exceptional service and support
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve service offerings and customer experience
  • Address any issues or concerns promptly and effectively to maintain positive customer relationships

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

  • 1+ years of proven experience in account management, sales, or a customer-facing role, preferably within the SaaS industry
  • Strong track record of achieving revenue growth and customer expansion goals
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain relationships at all levels
  • Demonstrated ability to manage complex technical issues and collaborate with technical teams
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Proficiency in Salesforce, Gainsight, Gong, and various tech stack

LOCATION

We are a fully distributed company with remote workers in concentrated areas across the United States.

The range listed is the on target earning (OTE) potential. OTE is a mix of base pay and variable pay earned based on meeting sale's goals. In addition to OTE our compensation package includes equity and variety of great benefits. Actual earnings may be less or more depending on a candidate's direct experience, skills, industry knowledge, and location. Details of the OTE split will be shared during the interview process.
