Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines. 

The Project Manager will oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring smooth coordination between teams, clients, and freelancers. You will be responsible for keeping track of project progress, managing schedules, and making sure all deliverables are completed on time. Your role will be pivotal in ensuring the success of our marketing campaigns.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Take notes from meetings and organize them into actionable tasks.
  • Confirm agreed-upon schedules and book them in the appropriate calendars.
  • Follow up with freelancers and team members to ensure tasks are completed on time.
  • Track project progress, flagging any delays or roadblocks.
  • Communicate with stakeholders to align expectations and project timelines.
  • Maintain a structured workflow to ensure all marketing projects run efficiently.
  • Provide regular project updates and status reports to leadership.

Requirements

Must-Have Requirements:

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably in a marketing or creative environment.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
  • Detail-oriented mindset – able to track and follow up on every aspect of a project.
  • Excellent communication skills to coordinate with internal teams and external freelancers.
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools.
  • Tech-savvy – comfortable using project management tools (Asana, ClickUp, Trello, etc.).
  • Experience with Motion is a plus, but not required.
