For one of our clients, we are looking for an Inside Sales Manager, remotely from India.

As an Inside Sales Manager, you will play a key role in shaping and scaling a high-performing sales team. You will be responsible for recruiting, training, and leading a group of inside sales associates to drive revenue growth and client engagement. Your mission will be to develop a data-driven sales strategy, ensure optimal team performance, and create an environment that fosters continuous learning and development. This role is ideal for a results-oriented leader who thrives in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and is passionate about building and optimizing sales teams to exceed ambitious goals.

Accountabilities:

  • Recruit, train, and manage a team of inside sales associates to achieve performance targets.
  • Set and monitor quarterly sales objectives and key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Oversee essential sales metrics such as close rates and customer retention.
  • Conduct regular one-on-one coaching sessions to improve individual and team performance.
  • Implement performance improvement plans for underperforming team members.
  • Address and resolve escalations as necessary to maintain customer satisfaction.
  • Lead by example, demonstrating strong work ethic, sales acumen, and leadership qualities.

Requirements

  • Minimum of 5 years of sales experience.
  • At least 1 year of experience managing a sales team (preferred).
  • Hands-on experience with CRM platforms such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or Freshsales.
  • Familiarity with sales engagement tools like Reply.io or Outreach.io.
  • Prior experience in SaaS or IT sales is a strong advantage.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven approach to sales strategies.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
