💎 The Opportunity: We're seeking an experienced Real Estate ISA to generate seller leads through high-volume cold calling. As part of our fast-growing team, you'll focus on expired listings and FSBOs in the San Antonio market, pre-qualifying potential sellers and building our listing pipeline through effective outbound prospecting.

• Salary: $700-$1,200 + Commission (2.5% GCI) (based on experience)
• Location: Remote
• Schedule: Full-time, starting 8 AM or 10 AM CST
• Experience: At least 2 years experience as a Real Estate ISA

🎯 Your Goal: Generate seller leads through high-volume prospecting, consistently hitting 75-100 contacts daily and setting 1-3 quality appointments. Success means converting cold calls into closed deals through relentless follow-up and proven scripts.
