This involves thorough research and prospecting to build a robust pipeline, pinpointing the right decision-makers, and crafting compelling outreach emails. The role also includes developing innovative marketing strategies to boost brand awareness and leveraging organic channels and strategic partnerships.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Drive Growth
: Proactively identify and reach out to potential business leads, establishing initial connections that open doors to new client relationships.

Engage & Qualify: Use your expertise in communication to assess and qualify inbound and outbound leads, ensuring a strong fit with our services and setting the foundation for successful partnerships.

Nurture Relationships: Build rapport and trust with prospective clients through follow-up conversations and thoughtful outreach, nurturing long-term opportunities for growth.

Data-Driven Strategy: Leverage CRM and analytics tools to track outreach efforts, follow-ups, and sales funnels, ensuring high-quality data to guide strategic decisions.

Stay Ahead: Keep up-to-date with industry trends and competitor insights to position our offerings effectively and bring fresh ideas that inspire clients and teams alike.

Requirements

SKILLS

  • Research and Prospecting: Conduct in-depth research to identify at least five enterprise clients that can benefit from GroupOS.
  • Contact Identification: Research to find the correct contact person within each potential client organization.
  • Email Outreach: Craft persuasive email templates to initiate contact and propose meetings.
  • Creative Marketing Ideas: Propose innovative and cost-effective strategies to increase awareness.
  • Email, Communication, and Organization Skills: Outline a plan for organizing and following up on prospecting tasks, detailing the tools and techniques to be used for efficient information management.

QUALIFICATIONS

    • High-level proficiency in English (written and spoken).
    • Strong organizational and project management skills with impeccable attention to detail.
    • Confidence in managing CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) and other organizational software.
    • Ability to independently manage priorities, deadlines, and workflows in a remote setting.
    • Professional demeanor with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Strong research and analytical skills.
