Requirements

Who You Are

You’re a seasoned Python expert with a passion for leading teams and solving complex problems:

• Proven Expertise: 8+ years of professional experience in software development, with a strong focus on Python.
• Framework Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Python frameworks like Flask or Django.
• Architectural Vision: Skilled in designing scalable, secure, and high-performing applications.
• Leadership Experience: A track record of successfully leading technical teams to achieve outstanding results.
• Cloud-Savvy: Experience with cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, or Azure, and a solid understanding of cloud-native architecture.
• Problem Solver: Strong analytical skills with the ability to troubleshoot and optimize complex systems effectively.
• Collaborator and Communicator: Exceptional communication skills to align cross-functional teams and stakeholders.

Bonus Points:

• Familiarity with containerization tools like Docker or Kubernetes.
• Experience with CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices.
• A background in AI, machine learning, or data-driven applications.
