SheCodes is on a mission to teach women how to code, and we’re looking for a creative, data-driven Marketing Specialist to help take our brand to the next level. If you have a passion for digital marketing, experience in EdTech or info products, and a proven track record of driving engagement and conversions through high-impact content, we want to hear from you!

In this role, you will:

  • Develop and execute content marketing strategies to drive traffic, engagement, and lead generation.
  • Manage and optimize ads across multiple platforms (Facebook, Google, etc.).
  • Plan and manage social media campaigns, growing our presence and engagement.
  • Create and maintain landing pages that convert, focusing on clear messaging and user experience.
  • Lead email marketing efforts, including crafting newsletters and automation flows.
  • Collaborate with design and product teams to ensure content is consistent with the SheCodes brand voice and mission.
  • Analyze performance metrics to refine strategies and report results.

We’re looking for someone who:

  • Proven experience in content marketing for EdTech or info products.
  • Strong copywriting and content creation skills.
  • Proficiency in email marketing platforms (MailChimp, HubSpot, etc.).
  • Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
  • Knowledge of SEO best practices is a plus.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
