Job Description

We are looking for a talented Graphic Designer to create high-quality visual content across digital and print platforms. In this role, you will design marketing materials, sales collateral, and branding assets while ensuring consistency with company guidelines. The ideal candidate is a creative thinker with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Creative Asset Development: Design high-quality digital and print collateral, including brochures, internal documents, social media graphics, and marketing materials.
  • Print & Digital Design: Create visually engaging designs for both print and digital platforms, such as PDFs, sales materials (RFPs, business cards, project sheets, look books), conference signage, outdoor advertisements, promotional materials, and vehicle wraps.
  • Layout & Formatting: Ensure professional and cohesive document formatting across platforms like Google Docs, InDesign, and other relevant tools.
  • Template Creation: Develop user-friendly templates for presentations, reports, and marketing assets to enhance consistency across teams.
  • Brand Identity & Asset Management: Maintain and update brand assets as needed, ensuring alignment with company branding guidelines.
  • Design Collaboration: Contribute creative ideas and execute design tasks while collaborating with internal teams.
  • File Organization: Centralize and manage design assets for streamlined access across projects.

Example Projects You’ll Work On:

  • Marketing & Sales Collateral: Business cards, PDFs, look books, catalogs, RFPs, project sheets, and lead-generation materials.
  • Print Design: Banners, brochures, trade show displays, and event signage.
  • Digital Content: Website graphics, PDFs, digital ads, and display banners.
  • Brand Identity: Logo design, brand guidelines, and other visual identity projects.
  • Social Media & Ads: Graphics for Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook (including carousels, stories, and ad creatives).

Requirements

Required:

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator, Acrobat). Premiere is a plus.
  • Experience designing interactive digital files (PDFs, web assets, email graphics).
  • Knowledge of print production, including file setup, color modes, and vendor file submission.
  • Ability to create high-quality web and email-ready graphics.
  • Portfolio of sample works

Preferred:

  • Experience with Canva for quick-turnaround content.
  • Proficiency in Google Slides, Microsoft Word for template creation.
  • Familiarity with Figma is a plus.
