For one of our clients, we are looking for a Brand and Marketing Designer, remotely from the Philippines.

As a Brand and Marketing Designer, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to creating exceptional brand and marketing experiences. Your role will involve designing and producing creative assets for various marketing initiatives, including web experiences, advertising, social media, events, and sales materials. You will collaborate closely with the marketing team and design director to shape and enhance the brand’s visual identity, contributing to the overall success of the business.

Accountabilities:

• Design web and mobile-based marketing experiences in complex and varied contexts.
• Create compelling designs for long-form content, such as ebooks and reports.
• Produce engaging social media imagery and advertising creatives.
• Design presentations, sales collateral, and event materials.
• Collaborate on the design and execution of branded merchandise.
• Contribute to the optimization of conversion points and testing processes.
• Support internal company initiatives with design work as needed.
• Ensure consistent application of the brand identity across all touchpoints.
• Stay informed on the latest design trends and contribute fresh creative ideas to the team.

Requirements

• Strong proficiency in Figma.
• Excellent layout and visual design skills.
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and writing abilities.
• Solid understanding of web and digital media.
• Ability to independently manage and execute design projects from start to finish.
• Ability to work autonomously with minimal supervision once briefed.
• A passion for continuous learning and expanding your design skills.
• At least 3 years of professional experience in marketing-related design.
• Light video editing skills are a plus.
• Experience with B2B software brands is a bonus.
