We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Marketing Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in marketing strategy, campaign management, and content creation, with knowledge in Adobe InDesign and Canva. You will be responsible for developing and executing marketing plans, creating compelling visual content, and driving brand awareness and engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

• Brand Strategy Development: Create and specify the brand strategy, taking into account the personality, value proposition, and brand vision. Determine your target markets and create effective communication plans with them. To guarantee uniformity in all marketing and communication initiatives, establish brand guidelines.
• Market Research: To comprehend consumer needs, preferences, and behaviors, conduct market research. To spot opportunities and dangers, keep an eye on the tactics and actions of your competitors. Examine market trends to predict future changes in the sector.
• Marketing and Promotion: Create and carry out marketing initiatives that complement the company's goals and brand strategy. Work together with marketing teams to develop advertising campaigns and promotional materials. To guarantee consistent messaging, work with the communications and public relations departments.
• Social Media Strategy: Create and carry out a social media plan that complements the business objectives and brand of the organization. Determine the target audience segments and create content for social media that will effectively engage them.
• Content Creation and Curation: Create and select interesting content, such as text posts, videos, pictures, and infographics, that appeals to the target audience. Plan and publish content frequently on a variety of social media platforms, including Instagram, LinkedIn, Twitter, and Facebook.
• Content Creation and Management: Take charge of producing interesting content that speaks to the target audience and embodies the brand's voice. Oversee the business's internet presence, including its social media accounts and websites. Make sure that the tone, style, and quality of all content are consistent and on-brand.
• Financial Management: Oversee the brand's spending plan, making sure that funds are distributed wisely among different marketing campaigns. Examine the financial effects of brand initiatives and modify plans to optimize return on investment.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: To guarantee brand consistency, collaborate closely with divisions like sales, customer support, and product development. Align brand strategies with the goals and initiatives of the entire organization.
• Performance Analysis: Use key performance indicators (KPIs) to gauge and document the effectiveness of branding initiatives. Adapt tactics in light of market feedback and performance data.
• Create and put into action thorough marketing plans to accomplish company objectives.

-Oversee and plan marketing initiatives using a variety of platforms, such as print, email, social media, and digital.

-To guide marketing strategies, examine consumer insights and market trends.

-Work together with cross-functional teams to guarantee brand coherence and alignment with corporate goals.

-Track and report on the success of marketing campaigns, adjusting as necessary based on data.

-Website Management (using WordPress or a comparable platform)

Qualifications:

• 3+ years' experience in marketing
• Proactive and can multi-task
• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills
• Website Management experience is a MUST
