Treantly is a Canadian-based recruitment agency that facilitates the connection between businesses in North America and exceptional remote staff in the Philippines. 

As the Virtual Strategic Operations Manager, you will be the operations supporting, the CEO and solo founder of a functional beverage company. In this role, you will be responsible for managing and executing all internal processes, projects, and operations to enable seamless functioning and growth of the company. You will work hand-in-hand with the CEO to turn her strategic vision into reality.

Key Responsibilities

Project Management:

• Develop detailed project plans, timelines, and resource allocations
• Manage relationships and deliverables with external contractors/vendors
• Implement processes for efficient project tracking, reporting, and communication

Operations Optimization:

• Implement systems and processes to drive efficiency and productivity
• Manage technology systems, software tools, and infrastructure
• Oversee supply chain, inventory, distribution, and fulfillment operations

Financial Management:

• Support budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting activities
• Manage accounts payable/receivable and bookkeeping processes
• Identify cost-saving opportunities and implement cost controls

Note: In this virtual role, you will be CEO’s force multiplier - taking full ownership of internal operations so she can remain focused on the vision and key strategic priorities. You will have a direct impact on the company’s growth trajectory by ensuring operational excellence.

Work Hours:

• Eastern Standard Time or Pacific Standard Time business hours, Remote

Requirements

• Proven experience as an Operations Manager with background in Finance or any related Financial background

• Expert in using Project Management and financial tools
• Ability to work remotely (High speed internet, works space etc)
• Organizational skills
• Self-motivated
• Problem solving skills 
• Self starter and proactive
• Must have Klaviyo experience
