  • Identify and escalate complex issues to the appropriate department when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team members to improve processes and customer experience.
  • Stay updated on company products, policies, and procedures to provide informed assistance.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development opportunities.

Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Previous experience in a customer service role is highly desirable.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with a customer-centric approach.
  • Proficiency in using computers and customer service software.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities and the capacity to manage multiple tasks effectively.
  • Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Knowledge of the health insurance industry is a plus but not required.
