Bevi is on a mission to disrupt the beverage supply chain and replace single-use water bottles with smart water machines. Thousands of companies use Bevi to sustainably provide their employees with pure, sparkling, and flavored water at work. The Strategic Account Manager role is responsible for the success of Bevi’s existing customers by developing trusted relationships with customers, creating new opportunities with our existing customers, and driving revenue retention. You will own the customer relationship which will require internal collaboration with other Bevi teams. Sales Capability

  • Own, drive, and grow the customer relationship
  • Uncover and deliver on expansion opportunities to grow revenue
  • Uncover and deliver on upgrade opportunities to grow revenue
  • Demonstrated success in strategic research-based account planning and relationship-building
  • Able to navigate through large organizations to identify key constituents in the buying cycle and nurture relationships that will lead to closed business, and build long-term success 
  • Maintain an accurate forecast for your book of business and communicate any retention risk to internal resources in order to develop resolution strategies

Account Management

  • Establish multiple customer touch-points by mapping and engaging key stakeholders across the customer organization - including in-person visits, phone calls, and customer events
  • Lead proactive discovery conversations to uncover new opportunities within existing accounts and ensure the Bevi story reaches the key stakeholders
  • Partner with our Sales team and Support team to develop account plans and strategies to drive revenue growth within assigned accounts
  • Delight every Bevi customer with each interaction and play a key role in developing the market reputation of Bevi as we scale and evolve our products to meet business customer’s needs

Product/Technical

  • Deliver impactful product demos, provide insightful technical answers, and recommend creative solutions to how Bevi will meet customer needs
  • Be the voice and champion of the customer within Bevi

General

  • Grow the Bevi business within our existing customers
  • Surprise and delight every current Bevi customer in every interaction
  • Develop a thorough understanding of Bevi’s value proposition products and how it helps Bevi customers
  • Manage, track, and report sales activities and results using Salesforce

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience as a National Account Manager, Account Executive, or commercially focused Customer Success Manager
  • Consultative selling experience resulting in growing existing accounts
  • Customer-first problem solving & analytical mindset
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, and strong analytical abilities
  • Collaborative and highly engaged approach both internally and externally
  • Working knowledge of Google Workspace and MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
  • Knowledge of Salesforce.com is a plus
