We are seeking an experienced National Account Manager to join our dynamic Sales team at Highland Spring Group. In this role, you will manage and develop key customer relationships and the associated P&L to achieve sales volume, value, and profit targets. You will work closely with internal and external stakeholders to drive growth, deliver creative joint business plans, and identify new business opportunities that align with our Sales & Marketing strategies.
In this role, your day-to-day activities will be varied and fast-paced. You will lead and execute joint business plans with customers, ensuring the alignment of objectives and targets. This involves managing trade spend, promotional budgets, and driving category growth initiatives. You will collaborate closely with internal teams such as Supply Chain, Finance, and Marketing to ensure accurate forecasting, availability, and timely delivery. You will also spend time meeting with customers, building relationships, and seeking out new business opportunities. Regular forecasting, reporting, and tracking of sales performance will be essential to stay on top of your key metrics and ensure the growth of your accounts.
