As a Customer Service Representative your purpose will be to support our business clients by addressing their inquiries and ensuring a smooth experience with our platform. This role involves working closely with the US-based customer base, ensuring top-quality service and timely resolutions.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Providing assistance and responding to inquiries from US-based business customers through chat and email, offering technical support for the app.
  • Handling customer inquiries and managing data through internal systems.
  • Maintaining a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude toward customers at all times.
  • Reporting issues to the technical support team.
  • Continuously improving your understanding of the app and enhancing your customer service skills.

Requirements

Essentially, to ensure you succeed in this role you’re going to need…

  • Fluency in English, both spoken and written (advanced level C1 or higher).
  • Availability to work at least 160 hours per month, including a 24/7 shift rotation. This includes mainly afternoons (2 PM - 10 PM), nights (10 PM - 6 AM), weekends, and bank holidays.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  • Ability to adapt quickly and handle challenging situations as they arise.
  • Comfortable working under time pressure.
  • Willingness to collaborate with an international team and adapt to different cultural norms.

It will also help you to have…

  • Communicative level of Spanish.
  • Experience in customer service, technical support, e-commerce, or any app-based company.
  • Interest in the e-commerce field.
