Sales Engineer VA

Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Engineer to join our team. The Sales Engineer will play a crucial role in driving sales by providing technical expertise during sales demonstrations, assisting with client onboarding and implementation, and conducting technical assessments using existing tools to complete risk assessments. The ideal candidate will possess a strong technical background, excellent communication skills, and the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform technical demonstrations:
• Conduct sales demonstrations to showcase the features and benefits of our products.
• Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Communicate technical information clearly and effectively to clients and internal teams.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Implement solutions for and with clients:
• Assist with client onboarding, ensuring a smooth transition and integration of our solutions.
• Troubleshoot technical issues and provide timely resolutions.
• Perform technical risk assessment functions:
• Perform risk assessments by utilizing new and existing tools.
• Maintain a deep understanding of our solutions stack and stay updated on industry trends.
• Align service delivery and sales teams to ensure updates and progress.

Requirements

• Proven experience in a technical role, with a focus on technology and troubleshooting.
• Strong customer service skills and experience in a client-facing role.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
• Fast learner with the ability to quickly grasp new technologies and concepts.
• Highly organized and detail oriented.
• Experience in sales engineering is a plus.
