Job Title: Finance Systems Analyst

Type of employment: Permanent, Full time (40 hours a week)

Location: This is a remote role based in Bulgaria. Applicants must be based in Bulgaria and have the right to work without sponsorship. We are unable to provide visa sponsorship for this position.

Requirements

Position Overview:

The Finance Systems and Projects team is a part of the Finance department. Its mission is to help the other Finance sub-teams and all other departments of the company to implement or improve finance systems, data, and analysis.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Create, maintain and enhance tools built with Power Query, Visual Basic for Applications (VBA) in Excel, and Power Automate workflows.
  • Transform and process invoices’ support documents for ingestion in a reporting database using the tools.
  • Understand financial and business needs to generate reports, queries and work on investigations.
  • Write detailed requirements for and conduct testing of reports and dashboards.
  • Document all developed and used tools, ensuring clarity and ease of use for future reference.

What you’ll need to be successful:

  • Fluency in English.
  • Educated to University degree level.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel.
  • Programming knowledge and/or experience.
  • Familiarity with Power Queries in Excel.
  • Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.
  • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with a collaborative approach to working with colleagues.
  • Interest in technical financial solutions, data analysis, and data visualization.
  • Passion for Continuous Improvement: Embody a commitment to continuous improvement, actively seeking opportunities to learn and grow both personally and professionally.
