Responsibilities

Conduct market analysis to identify trends and opportunities in the mobile and manufactured home sector.
Develop and maintain reports on sales performance and client engagement metrics.
Collaborate with team members to streamline operational processes and enhance customer experience.
Assess the needs of our clients and provide actionable insights to improve service offerings.
Create comprehensive documentation for process improvements and new initiatives.
Support the sales team by providing data-driven recommendations based on market research.
Engage with clients to gather feedback and assess satisfaction levels, utilizing this information to drive improvements.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Economics, or a related field.
Proven experience as a Business Analyst or similar role, preferably in the real estate market.
Strong analytical skills with proficiency in data analysis tools and methodologies.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills to convey insights effectively to stakeholders.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of market research techniques and tools to gather relevant data.
Familiarity with CRM software and other business management tools to track metrics and performance.
