👈 Who you are

You’re an experienced Senior Growth Marketing Manager who has successfully managed and optimised digital marketing channels (paid, SEO, social) in a B2B SaaS company for many years. You're also analytical and have lots of experience using experiments/data to drive CRO, optimise campaigns and uncover new marketing channels.

📝 What you’ll do

📣 Own, manage and optimise execution and spend across all our existing digital marketing channels (paid, SEO, social)

You’ll be responsible for strategy and execution across all our digital channels – collaborating with many teams internally and externally to set budget, plan and execute campaigns, as well as optimise channel/campaign ROI and marketing budget effectiveness.

📊 Use experiments and data to test and find NEW digital marketing channels

Should we be advertising on Reddit? Industry newsletter sponsorships? You’ll work closely with our product marketing, marketing ops and data analysis teams to identify, budget for and test new channels using an experimental and data-driven approach.

📈 Drive Conversion Rate Optimization across all our marketing sites and landing pages

You’ll be responsible for driving collaboration internally to take our CRO to new levels by working closely with brand design, development and product marketing to ensure strong, consistent, high performing messaging, copy and UI across all marketing pages and creative ad touchpoints.

🦸‍♂️ Supercharge the reach and effectiveness of our content team

You’ll work in close partnership with content and product marketing to distribute content campaigns: identifying the best channels, supporting campaigns with paid promotion, and optimising content performance across all digital channels.

⚙️ Skills we believe you’ll need

  • Senior growth marketing experience - likely means a senior job title and a good degree of autonomy
  • Expertise running campaigns, managing budgets, and reporting and optimising ROI across most B2B digital marketing channels including SEM, PPC, SEO and social
  • Many years experience in B2B SaaS digital marketing in a startup/scale-up environment
  • Experience running data-driven channel experiments to test and find new effective marketing channels for a B2B SaaS company – and successfully finding new channels this way
  • Ability to demonstrate previous results in optimising campaign performance – including across key paid ad and SEO platforms like Google, Meta, LinkedIn and SEMrush
  • Experience collaborating closely with content marketing and product marketing teams
  • Experience working with brand design / web developers, and other marketing departments to drive CRO improvements
  • Experience with key marketing analytics and campaign reporting tools like Google Analytics/Data Studio, Meta Business Suite, LinkedIn Campaign Manager etc.
  • Experience with CRM systems and marketing automation tools and tactics, as well as experience with lead scoring methodologies and collaborating with marketing ops

💪 Bonus skills

It would be great if you also tick some of these boxes

  • Experience in our industry – working as a marketer in a design / dev / product tooling tech startup
  • Basic web development knowledge is a plus, especially with Wordpress
  • Experience with attribution modelling best practices, techniques and tools – as well as using event analytics tools like Amplitude / Mixpanel for reporting, analysis and running experiments
  • Experience in advanced data analysis tools such as Hex and techniques such as A/B testing
  • Experience managing and mentoring marketing team members, as well as experience working with 3rd parties such as ad agencies/contractors
  • Experience with HubSpot and Amplemarket specifically as CRM/marketing automation tools
  • Being up-to-date on all the latest best practices, including ways to use AI in digital marketing

What tests did you run / data did you use? What was the outcome? Etc.
  5. Founders interview 🌱 (60min, video call): Finally, our founders and someone else from our leadership team will have a call with you and ask questions covering some of your career and experiences to get to know you as a person and what you value
