Job Overview: 

As a Google Media Buyer, you will be responsible for developing and executing high-performing ad campaigns that drive conversions and revenue. You’ll work closely with the marketing, creative, and analytics teams to ensure our ads align with business objectives and deliver maximum return on ad spend (ROAS).

Responsibilities:

  • Campaign Strategy & Execution – Plan, launch, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max) to drive traffic and sales.
  • Budget Management – Allocate and optimize ad spend to ensure efficient scaling while maximizing ROAS.
  • Performance Tracking & Optimization – Continuously monitor KPIs, conduct A/B tests, and adjust campaigns to improve performance.
  • Keyword Research & Audience Targeting – Identify high-intent keywords and leverage audience segmentation to improve ad relevance and conversion rates.
  • Landing Page & Ad Copy Optimization – Collaborate with the creative and web teams to enhance landing pages, ad creatives, and messaging for better engagement.
  • Competitive & Market Analysis – Stay ahead of trends, algorithm updates, and competitor strategies to refine and innovate our media buying approach.
  • Reporting & Insights – Provide weekly and monthly reports on campaign performance, including key insights and strategic recommendations.
  • Collaboration – Work cross-functionally with content, email marketing, and design teams to align paid media efforts with overall brand objectives.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of experience in Google Ads media buying, preferably in retail or e-commerce.
  • Strong expertise in Google Search, Shopping, Display, YouTube, and Performance Max campaigns.
  • Proven track record of managing six-figure ad budgets with a focus on scalability and profitability.
  • Deep understanding of PPC metrics, attribution models, and conversion tracking.
  • Experience working with Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager, and third-party tracking tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and adjust campaigns accordingly.
  • Experience with feed management and Google Merchant Center is a plus.
  • Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment.
  • Availability to work 9 AM - 5 PM PST.
