We're working with some of the largest financial services customers in the world--including four of the top 10 banks--and we’re growing.

We’re seeking a highly motivated and experienced Accounting Director to join our team. As the Accounting Director, you will play a key role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our accounting operations. You’ll manage a small, yet impactful team, which will require you to be hands-on in various aspects of our company's operations.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee and manage the accounting operations of the company
• Manage and build a high-performing accounting team, both in the US and in India
• Ensure compliance with financial regulations and accounting principles
• Evaluate, recommend, and implement software tools and systems to improve efficiency and accuracy
• Prepare and present financial reports to the CFO

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting.
• CPA required
• About 8-10 years of progressive experience in accounting roles, with a minimum of 4 years at a $30-50mm SAAS start-up with 200-300 people. Public Accounting experience required.
• Strong knowledge of US GAAP and financial regulations
• Proven experience setting up and optimizing accounting processes and systems.
• Experience leading and managing a team in the US and familiarity with managing accounting operations in India is preferred.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
• Proficiency in Quickbooks, Netsuite, Anaplan, and Excel

Salary band - $175,000 - $200,000
