Job Description

As an Event Marketing Manager, you plan, organize, and execute events to promote a brand, product, or service.

 

Essential Job Functions:

  • Develop and execute end-to-end event plans, including budgeting, logistics, and on-site management.
  • Coordinate with internal teams and external vendors to ensure all event elements are in place.
  • Oversee the setup, operation, and breakdown of events.
  • Collaborate with marketing teams to align events with overall marketing strategies, design, and goals.
  • Develop event strategies to enhance brand visibility, generate leads, and drive sales.
  • Create and implement marketing campaigns to promote events through various channels (social media, email, partnerships, etc.).
  • Build relationships with media partners, influencers, and key stakeholders.
  • Ensure events align with the organization's brand and messaging.
  • Represent the brand professionally at events and interact with attendees.

100% Remote

Requirements

  • 3-5 years experience in
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in event planning, budget tracking, and project execution.
  • Strong project management skills and attention to detail.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with marketing tools and platforms such as Hubspot.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
