Responsibilities
- Manage customer inquiries in Spanish using various remote communication channels (phone, email, chat)

- Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints effectively and efficiently
- Document all customer interactions accurately and keep thorough records
- Collaborate with remote team members to improve service quality

Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and verbal); proficiency in English is an advantage
- Minimum of 1 year experience in customer service or a related field
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities
- Able to work independently in a remote environment and manage time effectively
- Experience with customer service software and CRM applications
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional relevant qualifications are a plus
