Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality technical support to Dutch-speaking customers via phone, email, and chat.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to electronic devices and components.
- Guide customers through product features and assist them in maximizing their usage.
- Document all customer interactions and technical resolutions in the support database.
- Collaborate with technical teams to escalate and resolve more complex issues.
- Participate in ongoing training programs to enhance your skills and knowledge of the latest products.
- Assist in developing support materials and resources for both customers and team members.
Requirements
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken.
- Experience in electronics support or a technical support environment is preferred.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to explain technical information to non-technical users.
- Familiarity with common electronic devices and troubleshooting techniques.
- A willingness to relocate to Greece and adapt to a new working environment.
