Responsibilities

• Assist Dutch-speaking clients with inquiries, bookings, and tailored requests related to accommodation.
• Provide clear and detailed information about property amenities, booking policies, and local attractions to enhance client experiences.
• Promptly resolve any issues or concerns clients may experience during their stay, ensuring maximum satisfaction.
• Collaborate with accommodation partners to ensure service delivery meets client expectations.
• Document client interactions meticulously and maintain accurate records of inquiries and solutions provided.
• Guide clients through the booking process and check-in procedures to ensure a smooth experience.
• Continuously seek ways to improve service efficiency and enhance the overall client experience.

Requirements

• Fluency in Dutch and English is mandatory; proficiency in additional languages is a plus.
• Experience in customer service, particularly in the hospitality or accommodation sectors, is preferred.
• Exceptional communication skills with a strong emphasis on problem-solving and customer care.
• Ability to effectively manage multiple inquiries while maintaining attention to detail.
• Familiarity with booking management systems is advantageous.
• A strong commitment to delivering top-tier customer service and achieving high levels of client satisfaction.
• Flexibility to work remotely, including varied hours during weekends and holidays as required.
