We invite an experienced, mature, and proactive Scrum Master with strong project and people management skills to join our team. In this role, you’ll use your expertise to implement and refine Scrum processes, enabling the team to coordinate effectively and drive seamless integration of large products in the POS domain, where the goals are to bring the most value to end users and offer new opportunities for clients.

Is that you?

  • 3+ years of Scrum Master experience
  • Strong project management skills (planning, execution, delivery, risk management, budgeting, etc.)
  • Proven people management and leadership skills
  • Advanced reporting skills for seamless stakeholder and team coordination
  • Fluency with core project management tools and methodologies
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to manage teams autonomously within the regular flow
  • Proactive and flexible mindset to thrive in dynamic environments
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level

Desirable:

  • Experience building Scrum from scratch
  • Solid understanding of SDLC and experience collaborating effectively with project teams

🧩Key responsibilities and your contribution

In this role, you’ll manage two teams, totaling 7 specialists, ensuring smooth coordination and collaboration as the teams integrate cutting-edge solutions within the client’s Gift and Loyalty platform.

  • Set up and tailor an Agile framework to meet the team and project needs
  • Guide and coach teams on Scrum best practices, facilitating all related events
  • Track team progress and identify areas for improvement
  • Report key metrics and team performance to stakeholders to ensure alignment on project goals and priorities
  • Remove any blockers, facilitating smooth workflow
  • Promote a collaborative environment, encouraging open communication and team engagement
  • Support the creation and maintenance of relevant project documentation as needed
  • Perform people management tasks, helping the team with motivation and resolving conflicts
  • Help plan and coordinate upcoming work effectively
