Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement strategic sales initiatives to grow the company's presence in international markets.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with distributors, retailers, and key clients in various countries.
  • Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and understand cultural differences affecting sales.

  • Present and demonstrate the unique attributes of our novelty sweets to potential customers.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 3 years of experience in international sales, specifically within the confectionery or novelty sweets sector.
  • Deep understanding of various international markets and the ability to navigate cultural nuances in sales.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Self-motivated with a results-oriented approach, capable of working independently and in teams.
  • Proficient in analyzing sales data and market trends to drive strategic decisions.
  • Extensive travel may be required for client meetings and trade shows.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred.
