As a Sales Manager at Unimacts, you’ll be instrumental in shaping our customer acquisition strategy and driving revenue growth. You will build and maintain strong relationships with clients, manage complex sales cycles, and ensure our solutions align with the ever-evolving needs of the renewable energy market. Your leadership will contribute directly to Unimacts’ mission of delivering exceptional quality and transparency in every partnership.
Core Responsibilities:
- Strategic Growth: Develop and execute strategies to penetrate the EPC and OEM segments in the solar market, ensuring alignment with overall revenue goals.
- Customer Relations: Lead regular customer interactions, including quarterly reviews, post-project evaluations, and voice-of-customer (VoC) initiatives.
- Market Development: Identify and capitalize on new markets to expand Unimacts’ presence and diversify revenue streams.
- Marketing Leadership: Oversee marketing campaigns, collateral creation, and event participation to amplify brand awareness.
- Negotiation & Contracting: Prepare and negotiate supply agreements, manage change orders, and address key client needs proactively.
- Financial Management: Track and analyze sales pipeline data, deliver budget forecasts, and provide actionable insights to drive profitability.
- Cross-functional Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams to deliver accurate forecasts and ensure seamless supply chain execution.
Requirements
Education & Expertise:
- Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering.
- 4-6 years of experience in sales and marketing, preferably in industrial sectors.
- Strong knowledge of the U.S. solar market and supply chain systems.
- Expertise in steel products, particularly W beams, is highly desirable.

- Familiarity with CRM tools like MS Dynamics or equivalent systems.
