Role Overview
We're looking for a detail-oriented Amazon Financial Analyst with a strong focus on data and financial analysis to support our clients' growth. In this role, you’ll split your time between managing Amazon accounts and delivering data-driven insights through advanced reporting, forecasting, and analysis.

Responsibilities

  • Data & Financial Analysis
    • Build and maintain advanced Google Sheets templates and dashboards for client reporting.
    • Analyze key metrics like revenue, units sold, CVR (Conversion Rate), ROAS (Return on Ad Spend), ASP (Average Selling Price), and CPA (Cost per Acquisition).
    • Perform budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis (Budget vs. Actuals).
    • Automate recurring tasks using Google Sheets scripts or advanced formulas (e.g., VLOOKUP, INDEX MATCH, SUMIFS, FILTER, Pivot Tables).
    • Deliver weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports with actionable insights to optimize client performance.
  • Amazon Account Management
    • Plan and execute promotional calendars, including campaigns for Black Friday, Prime Day, and other key sales events.
    • Optimize Amazon product listings for discoverability and conversion, ensuring high Item Data Quality (IDQ).
    • Update product catalogs and support ongoing eCommerce tasks like inventory management and catalog optimization.
    • Develop 12-month sales and inventory forecasts to guide clients’ growth strategies.

Requirements

  • Analytical Expertise: Mastery of Google Sheets/Excel formulas and tools for analysis and reporting.
  • Data-Driven Mindset: Passion for using data to make informed decisions and optimize performance.
  • Financial Experience: Experience with forecasting, budgeting, creating financial models, reporting forecast vs actuals etc.
  • Amazon Knowledge: Experience with Amazon Seller Central or Vendor Central is a plus (training provided).
  • Self-Starter: Proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of meeting deadlines independently.
