We are a rapidly growing healthcare technology company seeking a Project Manager to join our product and engineering team. The Position

  • Develop detailed project plans that outline scope, objectives, timelines, milestones and resource allocations. Coordinate cross-functional teams and ensure the execution of plans.
  • Lead project teams, set clear goals and expectations, and ensure timely execution of tasks. Foster a collaborative environment and provide guidance and support throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for project stakeholders, ensuring transparent and consistent communication. Provide regular updates, reports, and status meetings to keep internal and external stakeholders informed.
  • Identify potential risks and issues that could impact the project's success. Develop mitigation plans and resolve problems as they arise to ensure project objectives are met on time and within scope.
  • Ensure that all deliverables meet the required standards of quality. Conduct acceptance testing and reviews and address any issues that may arise.
  • Conduct project post-mortems to identify lessons learned and areas for improvement. Provide recommendations for future projects and process enhancements.

Skills

  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficient in Agile and project management software and tools (e.g., Asana, Trello, SmartSheet, Jira).
  • Problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or Computer Science (or related field).
  • Minimum 5 years of direct project management experience, with a proven track record of successfully managing projects from initiation to completion.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or other relevant certifications (e.g., Agile, Scrum Master) is a plus.
  • Prior experience working in a growth stage, start-up environment.
  • Excellent facilitative communication skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
