WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR
Optimizing Paid Search: This is the primary channel, and your job will be to squeeze the most of it. From keyword expansion
Testing New Channels: We’re early in our journey, and have a wide open field of new acquisition channels to test, including paid social, direct mail, radio and more.
A/B Testing: You’ll be driving all sorts of tests, from bid strategy, to landing page, to pricing.
Helping with SEO: You will help in SEO, particularly on the technical side of things (no SEO expertise required)

REQUIREMENTS
Deep Understanding of Paid Search: This will be the primary channel you’ll be responsible for. You have a history of success in scaling and optimizing campaigns on paid search. Ideally you have experience with larger accounts.
Conversion Rate Optimization: You are well-versed with CRO and running A/B tests to improve conversion. You combine qualitative data like surveys and customer interviews with the quantitative to improve the revenue from every pageview.
Understanding of Web Analytics: You know your way around GA-4, how to set up tracking, build reports and do exploratory analyses to uncover insights.
Strong Data Skills, Some SQL Preferred: Ideally the right candidate has some experience writing queries to make the most out of data. If you aren’t an expert, no worries - we have a data team for the advanced stuff.
Willing to Be Hands On: You should be the type of person that likes getting your hands dirty and doing the work yourself.
