About the Role

Reporting directly to the Managing Director of Premier Golf, as well as the UK based management team, including company Directors, you will be responsible for client experience in-Resort, during the season, as well as providing administrative support during the close season to the team in the USA & UK.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Inspecting hotel health & safety
  • Managing and keeping updated the Resort Handbook
  • Updating and loading supplier information in the company Res platform
  • Manage bookings through the company database, whilst liaising with head office. 
  • Organise resort transfers for guests’ arrivals and departures
  • Liaising with suppliers and confirming reservations and services pre-arrival
  • Conduct a pre-arrival concierge service for guests.
  • Offering and making sightseeing and activity recommendations
  • Organising and reserving excursions and dinner reservations
  • Meeting clients at the airport and holding welcome meetings
  • Resolving conflict with clients
  • Referring complaints and problems to senior management
  • Writing reports
  • Providing support when holidaymakers experience difficulties such as lost luggage or health problems
  • Be on call 24 hours for guest and staff emergencies during the season 

Requirements

  • As this is a partially remote role you will need to be self motivated and used to working in this environment
  • Be able to demonstrate a passion for service & experience delivery 
  • You will have excellent inter-personal skills, and be comfortable with clients and commercial partners in a face to face environment.
  • Administratively strong with good PC skills
  • You will have a full driving license, and be fluent in English
  • Strong experience working in a customer facing role within the travel industry
  • A sound understanding of Supplier Contracts
  • Be able to demonstrate a track record in conflict resolution
  • Be used to seasonal workload variances
  • Any experience of golf would be beneficial although not essential
